Soap Allergy and Virus Protection

Whether quarantine or isolation is over, a main rule remains: "Don't stop washing your hands"

You should keep in your mind that relaxed restrictions won't necessarily mean that the coronavirus outbreak is over too. Business and schools may be reopen from economic reasons, that means the virus may continue to spread, albeit at slower rates than before. You must continue to practice this basic hygiene even a vaccine eventually arrives.

The covering of the virus is composed of a fatty substance and soap breaks it down
Why the soap in so effective? Well, the virus is a self-assembled particle in which the weakest link is a fatty layer that covers it. Soap dissolves this fat membrane and the virus falls apart like a house of cards and dies.

But, what about "Soap Allergy"? Here are two words nobody wants to hear during a pandemic.

I  do not know what people use for soap and what the reaction is, but, although less well known, soap allergy is still a real and very annoying condition in these times.

The solution is simple, but also complicated at the same time.
The simple thing comes from preparing process: to get the soap, several ingredients are mixed. Soap allergy means that the person in question is allergic to at least one of these ingredients. The complicated part is to find out what they are and to use
a soap brand that does not contain them.

As currently commercial soaps in use are actually detergents, I would suggest to try real old fashioned soap. It is not very complicated to prepare your own homemade soap

There are a lot of recipes on the internet. Choose one that contains ingredients that you use regularly and that are not aggressive to you.

The thing that might bother about homemade soap is its smell. But you may add a fragrance like lemon, apple, orange or even to use aromatic herbs.

People most vulnerable to pandemic

Auggy, one of my friend in his early 50s used for decades the passion for his work as an excuse to neglect his health. His life was very simple. Rarely exercised, crappy food most of the time, a few hours of sleep per night and always in a hurry.

In simple words, Auggy's body was permanently abused through stress and overwork.

This condition resulted  today in a body who battles pre-diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol,

work of creating a healthier, more pandemic-resistant community
Now, for many people, the threat of coronavirus suddenly feels much closer to home. Lately we have seen a rapid increase in the number of cases in United States as well as in Spain and Italy. Now it is obvious that the virus has proven adept at crossing borders.

Statistics show that the most vulnerable to the pandemics are people whose body faces daily problems like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, especially they are over 65

Auggy is possible on the spot, and like him many others. It is difficult to change things within a day or two. But we have to learn something from every difficult situation.

We need to change ourselves and our lives. First of all, we must learn to process emotional pain through therapy, rather than comfort eating or substance abuse. For example, we can all start to eat healthier, move our bodies, drink more water, rest, get more sleep.

We must take care and protect our body by going to do a better job for own health and wellness as well as performing our work. When we are surrounded by any epidemic, every unstressed breath is more precious than ever.

Self isolation and freedom

The new coronavirus forces us to take certain precautions. Mainly we must avoid large communities, but also to keep a social distance from another individual. In some states,  to wearing a protective mask, it's also mandatory.

These conditions are intended to ensure everybody individual protection. It has been known since ancient times that the best way not to catch a virus is to avoid it.

Of course, it is a discussion here about limitation of individual rights. In fact about freedom of movement and expression. Opinions are divided, sometimes supported with too much energy.

For the moment, it is certain that we have to learn to spend more time at home. We need to find activities and ways to spend our time. Sometimes we won't do very well, but we don't have to be upset, we should even smile a little.

Spending more time at home does not mean a door closed and the noise remaining outside. Take it as an normal habit that could help you. How people spend their free time can actually have a big impact on their success in the professional world. So, successful people tend to spend their free time reading, networking or exercising.

Most of the time they are very serious. Some time they are doing just for fun or seems in our eyes to be very funny

The balance between necessity and freedom, this is the charm of America

New coronavirus vaccine in China clinics

According to Radio China International, Xi Jinping, the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), chaired recently a meeting related to major tasks in coordinating the covid-19 epidemic prevention and control with economic and social development

Xi Jinping emphasized the need to look closely at four major tasks:
1) the complexity and severity of the epidemic situation at home and abroad,
2) the need to strengthen international cooperation
3) closely work with the World Health Organization, and
4) strengthen the guidance and support for Chinese citizens from abroad in prevention and control of the epidemic .

dose of new vaccine has already been injected into Chen Wei body
On the other hand, the State Radio announced on Tuesday, March 14, 2020 that a team of researchers led by Major General Chen Wei, a top Chinese Academy epidemiologist and virusologist has been authorized to start a new clinical trial about a new vaccine. Chen has also worked at the Wuhan military laboratory since January

This the vaccine developed by Chen's team along with CanSino Biologics in Tianjin, is described as the first of nine possible treatments developed by Chinese scientists.

It's a fact that many researchers around the world are striving to find a coronavirus vaccine and the China's party and state leadership do not want anyone to discover the vaccine before the Chinese specialists will do. Confirming this struggle for supremacy the first dose of new vaccine has already been injected into Chen's and some teammates' bodies

Opening up America Again

President Donald Trump were unveiled Thursday the guideline of "The Opening up America Again'' plan.

Now that America has passed the peak in new cases, it's time starting life again. Based on the latest data of White House's team of experts, Donald Trumps said “America wants to be open, and Americans want to be open.”

Statistics show very clear that the U.S. economy has been severely damaged by the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest jobless data reveal that under new economic realities of recent weks, more than 22 million Americans have lost their jobs. Some experts estimate the unemployment rate will surge to nearly 16% by July, higher than at any point since the Great Depression.

american economy starts again process of states reopening the U.S. economyThe Opening Up America Again guidelines say states that face a downward trend in coronavirus cases will be able to reopen restaurants, bars, theaters, workplaces, sporting centers and gyms as soon as May 1.

The opening wont be all at once, but one careful step at time. As every state is very different, the president is giving the states the authority to make decisions about how to proceed. Governors will be empowered to take a phased and deliberate strategy to reopening their individual states

The plan involves three phases. It wouldn’t begin until states had 14 consecutive days of decreases in COVID-19 cases and had testing and hospital power to deal with potential spikes in coronavirus positive cases

Bunnies and toilet paper in Easter time

Denmark is one of a number of countries that have taken steps to relax lockdown measures this week. As the government becomes the first in Europe to relax Covid-19 restrictions on education, Children up to the age of 11 are returning to nurseries and schools across the country.

Despite bof infection rates have been low, many critics warn the strategy is risky.

"We have a lot of washing hands during the day. We don't have masks and we have to keep a good distance from each other so that's a very difficult task."

Greece is in lockdown so Greek Orthodox Easter this year on April 19, will be the same but a little different.

chocolate bunny, eggs, flowers and other sweetsA shop in Lykovrysi, a municipality in the North Athens regional unit, decided to change the usual design of the bunnies which normally features eggs and flowers. In ‘corona’ times, some chocolate Easter bunnies are getting protective face masks and gloves. Cake makers used fondant to make the protective masks and placed them on bunnies face.

Patisserie owner Tassos Vazakas said he wanted to give people an opportunity to smile in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Cake makers used fondant to make the protective masks and placed them on Bunny's face.

Like many of the finer things in life, toilet paper comes to us from China. It was here that the first recorded use of toilet paper is documented, circa the 6th century.

Modern toilet paper as we know it originated in the United States. Joseph Gayetty saw his invention unleashed upon the anuses of the world in 1857. And Gayetty’s Medicate Paper was sold until the 1930’s, when the splinter-free toilet paper rage hit. Since then toilet paper has only been getting softer, and wiping one’s ass has never felt so good.

Like many of the finer things in life, toilet paper comes to us from China. It was here that the first recorded use of toilet paper is documented, circa the 6th century.

Considering we all use toilet paper every day, it’s safe to say it is more a part of our lives than perhaps any other inanimate object. Of course there’d be a few zany souls among us who would decorate their skin with a toilet paper tattoo. Just take a gander at these amazing testaments to anally cleanliness.

But, all is relative as every tattoo is temporary, because we’re all slowly dying.
